Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the participation in and
operation of giveaways conducted by Marvel Equipment Corporation (“Marvel
Equipment,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By entering our giveaways, participants
(“you” or “entrant”) agree to abide by these rules:
1. Eligibility
1.1. Open to residents of Canada and the United States who
are 18 years of age or older.
1.2. Employees of Marvel Equipment and their immediate family members are not
eligible to enter.
1.3. Certain giveaways may have additional eligibility requirements (e.g.,
product purchase or social media actions). These will be specified in the
announcement for each giveaway.
2. How To Enter
2.1. Entry instructions for each giveaway will be provided
in the promotional materials.
2.2. Incomplete, incorrect, or late entries will not be accepted.
2.3. Multiple entries per person are allowed if explicitly stated in the
giveaway rules.
3. Giveaway Period
3.1.
The start and end dates for each giveaway will be outlined in the promotional
announcement.
3.2. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
4. Prizes
4.1. Prize details will be provided in the giveaway
announcement.
4.2. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other
items.
4.3. Marvel Equipment reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or
greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
5.1. Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible
entries, unless otherwise stated in the giveaway rules.
5.2. Winners will be notified via the contact method used for entry (e.g.,
social media, email).
5.3. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim their prize within seven
(7) days of notification, Marvel Equipment reserves the right to select an
alternate winner.
6. Publicity
6.1. By entering, participants agree that Marvel Equipment
may use their name, likeness, and/or entry for promotional purposes without
additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7. Disqualification
7.1. Marvel Equipment reserves the right to disqualify any
participant for violating these Terms and Conditions or engaging in fraudulent
activity.
8. Liability
8.1. Marvel Equipment is not responsible for lost, late, or
misdirected entries or technical malfunctions affecting entry submissions.
8.2. By entering, participants release Marvel Equipment from any liability for
claims arising from participation or the acceptance and use of prizes.
9. Data Collection
9.1. Personal information collected during the giveaway will
be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and contacting
winners.
9.2. Marvel Equipment will not sell or share your information with third
parties.
10. General
10.1. Marvel Equipment reserves the right to modify or
cancel giveaways at any time without prior notice.
10.2. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada,
and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario.
